2011 Mobile Home Rental Rates

Monthly rental rate will increase to $172.00.
Mobile Home Annual rent will be $1,900
The natural gas administrative fee will increase to $8.00
Water, garbage and sewer basic fee will be $14.00 for up to 2,000 gallons of water.

Based on a Maximum of 2 persons and 2 vehicles per household. Additional persons or vehicles will be charged $25.00 per month. Registered house guests are permitted up to two weeks without additional charge. All monthly rents are due no later than the fifth business day of the month or a $10 late fee will be charged.

Annual --- $1,900

All annual rents are due before January 10th

ELECTRICITY– individually metered and billed through electric rental provider of your choice.

NATURAL GAS, WATER & SEWER- Individually metered and billed through the park. There will be a $2 administrative fee per month for natural gas users.

RENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
1.Use of the lot for the placement of one residential unit and a maximum of two transportation vehicles not including motor homes.
2.Garbage and trash collection in compliance with city ordinances
3.Mowing of lawns on a rotational basis. This does not include trimming.
4.Repair and maintenance of utilities up to and including the meters.
Gas and water will be turned on and off during posted working hours at no additional charge. There will be a $15 charge for this service after regular working hours an on Sundays and Holidays.

RESIDNETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LIGHTING THEIR OWN PILOTS AND FOR PROPER MAINTENANCE OF THEIR OWN GAS LINES AND APPLIANCES.

These rates become effective January 1, 2011.

RV rates:

Daily $35 includes electricity
Weekly $170 includes electricity
One Month $255 + electricity
two months $475 + electricity
Three months $675 + electricity
four months $845 + electricity

Small designated sites $185

2011 Seasonal rate $985 + electricity
Annual rate $1,255 + electricity (Lease Required)

Small sites are: Numbers 86, 90, 93, 105,107,112,185,257 and 323

Seasonal is a maximum of 6 months here, reserving your lot for the next season or leaving the unit on the lot. Rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons and 1 vehicle per household. Additional persons or vehicles will be charged $75 per month. Registered house guest are permitted up to two weeks without additional charge. All rents are due according to lease agreement.

Reservation policy: To confirm a 3-to-5 month stay for next season, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be credited back to you when you pay for your full stay on or before December 1. This $50 reservation deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel your reservation in writing before October 15th of the upcoming season. Lots are not reserved for less than three months. Shorter stays (except small sites) will be put on remaining lots, on a first come first serve basis, after December 15th. Priority will be given to longer-term stays. The Texan reserves the right to rent any reserved lot seasonally.
